Abstract

From the very beginning, the proclamation of Allah's words has been the primary obligation of man, and a series of Prophets completed this task. Still, the revivalists and promulgators of Allah's message have been on the verge of the history of Islam periodically. One of them is Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, who promulgated the Islamic teachings through his unique style of poetry for the revival of Islamic teachings. The basic inclination of Iqbal is towards the pronouncement of Allah’s message to Muslim as well as non-Muslim societies. By different figures of speech, including similes, metaphors, and symbolism, Iqbal pointed out the new meanings related to the proclamation of Allah’s message. The purpose of this article is to explore the aforementioned implications of Iqbal’s poetry.
