A TECHNICAL REVIEW OF OBAIDULLHA BAIG’S NOVEL “AUR INSAN ZINDHA HY”

: Obaidullha Baig (1 October 1936 - 22 June 2012) was a scholar, Urdu writer, novelist, columnist, media expert, and documentary filmmaker from Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Obaidullah Baig comes out as a novelist who wrote only two novels “ Rajpoot” and “ Aur Insan Zindha Hai”. He introduced the new writers in a new way in the plot and story of these two novels, apart from the usual approach. He has paid special attention to the technical aspects of novel writing. He has given great importance to scenery, narration, and dialogues. The plot of this novel is very strong. The style of the novel is rich and similes and metaphors. The novelist has introduced a beautiful and elaborate allegorical system to present the scenes and convey his message to the reader, which is far from the usual approach. the use of idioms and proverbs in this novel is vivid and real. Such diction indicates the author,s extensive study and ability to speak. In this article, an intellectual review of the novel “ Aur Insan Zindha Hai” will be presented.
